By downloading, installing, or using WellnessEcho ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
WellnessEcho provides health tracking, hormonal protocol management, pharmacokinetic modeling, wearable device integration, supplement tracking, proactive wellness interventions, and predictive health analytics. The App is designed for informational and educational purposes to support your personal wellness journey.
WellnessEcho is NOT a medical device. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Pharmacokinetic models, blood work context, protocol recommendations, and predictive insights are estimates based on general population data and published research. Individual responses vary significantly.
You should never make changes to your medication, hormone therapy, supplement regimen, or health protocols based solely on information from WellnessEcho. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any medical decisions. In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) data displayed within the App is for personal reference only and must not be used for clinical glucose management decisions.
You are responsible for: providing accurate information to the App; maintaining the security of your account and device; complying with applicable laws and regulations; using the App in a manner consistent with its intended purpose; and ensuring any health decisions are made in consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; use the App to collect data about other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems; use the App for any unlawful purpose; redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App; use automated tools to scrape or interact with the App's services; or misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
WellnessEcho connects to third-party wearable devices and services through their official APIs. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or data practices. Your use of third-party wearable services is subject to those providers' own terms of service. Data obtained from wearable integrations is used solely within the WellnessEcho app as described in our Privacy Policy.
WellnessEcho, including its design, code, algorithms, content, and branding, is owned by SentinelGRCSolutions, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App without written permission.
WellnessEcho may offer paid features, subscriptions, or premium tiers in the future. If paid features are introduced, pricing, billing terms, and refund policies will be clearly communicated before any charge is made. All payments will be processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID settings.
While we strive for accuracy in all calculations, models, and analyses, WellnessEcho does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any health data, predictions, or recommendations generated by the App. Pharmacokinetic models are based on published population averages and may not reflect your individual pharmacology.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellnessEcho and SentinelGRCSolutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in activity that harms other users or our services, use the App in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose, or engage in abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behavior.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of WellnessEcho shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation by contacting dev@wellnessecho.app. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the State of Florida. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of WellnessEcho after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
